The Facility

Welcome to the University of Exeter Supercomputer website.

The facility currently consists of an SGI Altix ICE 8200 with a peak performance of 14.4 TFlop/s that was installed in December 2007.

In June 2008, the system was ranked the 319th most powerful supercomputer in the world by the Top500 List. It was also ranked the 6th most powerful university supercomputer in the UK.
